TOPL is one of the very few companies in India to successfully produce flexible veneers for applications requiring veneer to be mounted on curved 3 dimensional surfaces. Veneers are made extremely flexible by pressing them at high temperature & high pressure to a non-woven fiber coated fleece.

For certain 3 dimensional linear applications fleece backed veneers are "flexed" through a special grain breaking (Flexer) machine to offer unique flexibility on one dimension and thus allowing bending on very low radii. Almost all popular veneer species can be offered with fleece backing and thus presents the user with a wide choice.

Strength in Backing

The strength of the backing is further enhanced by impregnation with moisture resistant polyvinyl acetate adhesive.

Water Resistant Grade
