         using engineered floors which are much more stable dimensionally.
•   Allows more creativity to designers as it enables to achieve a variety of looks due to grain patterns, colors and finishes
         which can match from most antique to most contemporary ambiences.
•   Is more eco- friendly as compared to solid wood floor because only a thin slice of veneer (1mm) is used on top. The bottom is made of
         recyclable material like high density fibre board.
•   Engineered floors are more cost efficient as compared to solid wood floors.
